Monthly Rent:

• Lot rent is $253 per month for a single or doublewide site.
• This includes water, sewer, trash pickup, and snow removal from park streets.
• We do not rent mobile homes or RV spaces. We lease mobile home sites to mobile home owners. To move your home into White Pines Community, your home must not be over 10 years old and must look nice, and new residents must be background- and credit-approved.
