Monthly Rent:

• Effective Janary 2012, lot rent is $249 per month for a single or doublewide site.
• This includes water, sewer, trash pickup, and snow removal from park streets.
• We do not rent mobile homes or RV spaces. We lease mobile home sites to mobile home owners. To move your home into White Pines Community, your home must not be over 8 years old, must look nice, and your credit must be approved.
